With more than 20 years of experience in higher education and a deep commitment to values-driven, ethical principles, Dr. Evette is dedicated to helping organizations align their mission with practices that prioritize integrity, inclusivity, and social responsibility. Her journey began in academia, where she worked in various areas that allowed her to understand the intricacies of educational systems and the importance of fostering a culture of ethical decision-making and trust.
Having transitioned from higher education to consulting, Dr. Evette has leveraged her extensive background to support organizations like GEICO in developing and implementing strategies that reflect their core values. She specializes in guiding organizations through challenges related to governance, compliance, and organizational culture, ensuring that ethical considerations are at the forefront of their business.
Dr. Evette believes that true success is measured not just by outcomes but by the principles that guide our actions. Her approach emphasizes collaboration and open dialogue, empowering organizations like Morehouse School of Medicine to engage in meaningful conversations about their values and how to translate them into practice.
In addition to her consulting work, she is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders. Outside of her professional endeavors, she is an advocate for community and believes in giving back as she continually seeks opportunities to make a positive impact in the world around her.

Dr. Evette is a passionate and dedicated professional with a strong academic foundation and a wealth of experience in strategic leadership and organizational management. Holding a Doctoral degree in Strategic Leadership and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, she has cutting edge skills that aid in developing effective strategies that drive organizational success.
Her educational journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Texas Woman’s University, which provided her with a solid understanding of economic principles and analytical thinking. She further expanded her expertise by earning a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Management from Texas Wesleyan University, where she learned to integrate business theory with practical applications.
She is published in peer-reviewed academic journals and is a member of Emerald Insight. She is a decorated veteran that has earned the Kuwait Liberation Medal and the Army Accommodation Medal for outstanding service during Desert Storm.
